酒店有停車場 過了紅綠燈走200米有小吃一條街 酒店一樓有洗烘設備 房間衞生還不錯 但是空調不好使 最後投訴歷時40多分鐘才算解決 但是空調一晚上依然不好使 經理態度很好 前台解決客訴能力有待提高 早餐吃的扁肉 一碗裏有個石頭 還有一個刷碗的鐵絲球絲 哎 我也真是説不出來啥了 都讓我趕上了 希望酒店能變得更好 另外感謝攜程客服協助處理投訴

房間挺大的，但是酒店地理位置不夠理想，酒店周圍也比較偏僻，服務較一般，但是房間還算整潔，舒適度還可以

房間面積小了點，設施衞生等方面都做得不錯，尤其喜歡走道里烘乾的茶葉桿，滿層飄香。前台服務很客氣，地理位置也不錯，周邊餐飲比較方便。

出差臨時訂了房間，酒店旁邊有專用停車位置，前台小姐姐很熱心地分享了一些當地的特色小吃。新酒店衞生基本都沒問題，就淋浴的水温偶爾會忽冷忽熱不算太影響，夜間挺安靜的衹有清晨窗外雞啼聲會比較大聲（可能窗關上會好一些）。
附近特色小吃不太多，大部分都離的會稍微遠一點，開車也就10分鐘左右

新店開業的酒店令人驚艷，我就被其優雅的環境所吸引。大堂設計現代而別緻，光線柔和，營造出一種温馨而舒適的氛圍。前台服務人員態度親切，讓我感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。環境優雅，房間整潔舒適，設施齊全先進。性價比超高，是出行住宿的不二之選。還有建甌美味的小吃肉餅。

新店開業！裝修被子被套都很新！！應該是建甌第一家機器人智能酒店，機器人送餐送水，很有趣！
停車:免費停車，酒店門口有免費停車位也太好了，入住很快，房間也比較舒適，價格不貴，房間很大，設施設備都很新
服務:酒店服務態度非常好，很熱情，前台主動幫忙，照顧到了假期出行，任何問題也都有求必應。外賣有小機器人送上樓，很新奇的體驗。衞生做的乾淨，洗浴間乾濕分離，晚上洗澡睡覺都很舒話
設施:前台很寬敞漂亮，有高端酒店的感覺。洗衣房烘乾機，安靜又方便。早餐種類也都很齊全，有建甌的獨特風味，也照顧到了外地遊客
位置:離主街道50米的距離，這個位置特別好，路口車輛對酒店不會有什麼聲音影響，我們自己出行也方便。
總的來説，非常滿意，我心中的目前建甌第一☝🏻酒店！！！！
